we went in for breakfast we placed our order and waited for an hour and the food never came. Bad experience don't go there when its busy.bad management.

First time here and it was great. We had breakfast. Eggs, omelets, ham, grits and biscuits all cooked perfect and tasted great. Coffee and tea great and they kept my coffee full. The place was packed but service was great, friendly and quick. We had a very nice and experienced waitress and I think she liked me because she called me honey...:) Thank you!

Our food was delicious and our server was so sweet! So glad we stopped. Can't wait to go back!

Passed by this spot all the time. Never thought to come in. After eating at the shamrock I've made it a part of my weekend routine. Angie is amazing as well as the whole staff. Only thing better is the food!! STOP IN AT THE SHAMROCK. ITS A MUST.

New to town and very happy with my breakfast! They have amazing biscuits and my veggie omlette came out very fast. Extremely sweet staff. ❤️ Will be back!

The grits are awesome! People are super friendly. Town home love feel.

For breakfast, it's one of a very few that still offer streak of lean, red links, smoked sausage, country ham along with bacon and pattied sausage, eggs anyway, grits, hash browns etc... For lunch each day changes, there's always a variety of vegetables and usually 4 meats offered . There is a menu of sandwiches and other goodies offered . The shamrock burger is outstanding! Ask for sweet potato fries!Dinner is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays only, once a month they have fried bone in catfish!Try them out and tell them I sent you!

Great local cafe. Very nice staff. Good food. Draws the locals. Limited seating and sometimes a wait. Kind of a 50s diner look.

I eat there often and they offer a variety of food that will satisfy even the pickiest eater. The atmosphere is down to earth with a staff does a great job..👍👍

My wife likes it because it is small and cozy for her. I don't care for it because it is very small and the food takes to long to come out. I am the type that does not like to waste time for breakfast, so that's how it was for me, not my wife.

A few weeks, I wrote a review, and the owner answered in the most passive-aggressive way possible.Bless my heart.. I do declare! Allow me to elaborate...Simply put, the atmosphere seemed staged. I guess it reflects the politics of the area. I saw a few local city, Trump filled officials, shaking palms and kissing babies; in other words, not much in the way of diversity. For long standing Tyrone land owners, other than Southern Baptist potluck, this seems to be the place to be seen in public, on weekdays, for lunch. It's certainly not for the food.

Good food local dinner

The food was delicious, the service prompt and the prices good! Even more then all of that, all of the staff were so friendly and warm that I felt as if I was a long time regular rather than a first time customer. I've only ever been at breakfast time but I would highly recommend to anyone that asked. A wonderful rustic dinning experience with wonderful people!

Food is wonderful but service has went down hill fast in the time frame I have been going there.. McDonald's is faster

Good food and friendly people, a little pricy with small vegetable servings.You get about 2 tablespoons of Veggies.meat and 2 veggies with drink and 2.00 tip over $12.00

Best pies and banana pudding hands down. Food is awesome also I've had breakfast and lunch I prefer the lunch. Staff is so sweet. though.

Wonderful Food & People!

Friendly, modest old fashioned cafe. This place has been operating on auto-pilot for several years. Real butter for the biscuits and dairy cream for the coffee would be a nice touch. Don't hold your breath!

Friendly staff and good food

This is our favorite breakfast place. In addition, we love to come occasionally for the fried chicken on Tuesdays or Thursday evenings. It is definitely a hometown, friendly and cozy place. You get to know the staff and they really enjoy serving the friends that you've become.
